Role overview

This is a key position in the commercial area of the business. Your primary objective is to research, identify, and engage with potential partners, build a consistently strong sales pipeline, and close commercial agreements. Responsibilities

  • Grow our advertiser network, from identifying opportunities and first contact to relationship building and final contract signature.
  • Proactively engage global brands, negotiate and close deals with senior stakeholders, and act as a strong brand ambassador for Upyield.
  • Build relationships with a predefined target list and the prospects you identify yourself, using your network to create a strong pipeline of short-, medium-, and long-term opportunities.
  • Track and maintain leads while continually optimizing the sales process.
  • Report activity and results to management with a proactive, data-informed approach.
  • Be available for regular travel.

Qualifications

  • Proven salesperson with a strong network across agencies, networks, and brand owners.
  • Excellent networking and new business acquisition skills.
  • Demonstrable record of negotiating, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Team player comfortable in a diverse, fully remote environment.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
