Responsibilities
- Develop and manage advertising strategies for online campaigns on Google, Meta, and/or Native platforms, aligned with client goals and target audiences.
- Create and test performance-driven image and video creatives (ad designs, visuals, motion ads) for campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion.
- Write and optimize ad copies that match the creative visuals and target audience.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for lead generation and app install funnels – from ad creative and targeting setup to landing pages, tracking, and reporting.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and scale campaigns efficiently.
- Analyze campaign and creative performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and creative testing frameworks.
- Stay up to date with ad platform trends (Google, Meta, Native), creative best practices, and algorithm changes, adapting strategies quickly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients: communicate goals, share performance insights, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare regular reports highlighting both campaign KPIs and creative performance learnings.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of both media buying and creative design for performance marketing (ideally lead gen and/or mobile apps).
- 2+ years’ experience in Google, Meta, and/or Native ads (media buying, targeting, scaling).
- Hands-on experience with creative production tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar) for image and video ads.
- Proven track record of managing 6-figure ad spend with focus on lead generation and/or mobile apps.
- Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data and translate it into creative and campaign improvements.
- Strong copywriting and visual communication skills to craft ads that convert.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized with the ability to juggle media buying and creative tasks.
- Fast learner who can adapt quickly and take ownership of funnels end-to-end.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
