Media Buyer (Lead Generation – Paid Social & Native)

Contract: Full-time
Level: Mid-level / Senior.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation ownership: Plan, launch, manage, and scale U.S.-focused lead generation campaigns across Home Services and Insurance verticals.
  • Paid media execution: Execute and optimize campaigns across Paid Social (Meta – Facebook & Instagram) and Native platforms (Taboola and Outbrain required).
  • Performance & budget accountability: Own budgets, pacing, and optimization to achieve target CPA, CPL, lead acceptance, and efficiency metrics.
  • Funnel performance: Ensure strong alignment between traffic source, ad creative, landing pages, and call-based or form-based lead funnels to maximize conversion rate and lead quality.
  • Creative direction: Guide messaging, hooks, and angles designed for high-intent lead capture, working closely with creative and funnel teams.
  • Data analysis & optimization: Analyze campaign, ad set, creative, audience, geo, and funnel-level performance to identify scaling opportunities and inefficiencies.
  • Testing & experimentation: Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and funnels, applying learnings quickly.
  • Operational ownership: Monitor performance daily, intervene when KPIs drift, and make confident scale, pause, or pivot decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across media buying, creative, tracking, and reporting.
  • Reporting & insights: Contribute clear, actionable insights for internal reviews and partner performance discussions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer focused on U.S. lead generation market.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Native Advertising (Taboola and/or Outbrain experience is mandatory).
  • Demonstrated success managing Home Services, Insurance, or other regulated lead generation verticals.
  • Strong understanding of direct response lead funnels, qualification logic, and performance KPIs such as CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort working with analytics platforms and spreadsheets.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and providing performance-led creative direction.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, funnels, or partners simultaneously.
  • Fluent English in written and spoken communication is mandatory.
  • This role is not suited for candidates focused solely on e-commerce, branding, or upper-funnel awareness campaigns.

Nice to have but not essential:

  • Experience with call-driven lead generation, call tracking, or multi-step qualification funnels.
  • Exposure to additional channels such as YouTube, TikTok, or Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking and attribution concepts.
